HEY HEY HEY its ya girl studybutterfly <3
today i wanted to talk about podcasts i love!! if you know me irl, i always have my headphones on, listening to something. sometimes music, sometimes tiktoks, and sometimes PODCASTS! in 2024, im trying to work out more by going on hot girl walks, going to the gym, or doing at home workouts. however, i always tend to get bored if im not engaged in it. listening to podcasts help me stay focused and motivated.
i absolutely love podcasts because i find them to be like audio versions of blogposts, but also it's like having a conversation w/ someone. the hosts of the podcasts i listen to always talk about their day or their week, before they get into the topic, and i love that concept sm. it feels like we're genuinely friends, and that we have a connection.
there's key things i love about each podcast, & i'll link them down below for you to check them out! and if you're one of the hosts reading this, I LOVE YOU SM! i would love to have a conversation with you on insta @sincerely.studybutterfly !
the host of this podcast is trinity tondeleir, and she talks about wellness, lifestyle, and everything in between too! the atmosphere she has created for this podcast, and the positive energy i recieve after listening to each episode is just INSANE! she posts every wednesday, and this podcast was one of the first ever podcasts i ever discovered :)
the host of this podcast is allana blumberg, and she just has this energy to her that makes me feel like she’s my older sister. she covers anything and everything on her podcast, mainly productivity, health, and wellness. recently, my favorite episodes from her have been her “becoming her in 2024” 3 part series! she posts monday mornings, and this podcast is the source of my morning motivation.
the host of this podcast is nayna florence, and she’s the most relatable podcaster ever. she talks a lot about what goes on in her life and i really really like that concept because i dont listen to a lot of podcasts like that! my favorite episode from her is “a month in india | Ep. 62” i enjoyed it so much because i’m indian, and listening to someone else’s experiences and thoughts about my hometown was really eye-opening. she posts every monday!
the host of this podcast is youtuber aileen xu, and before i found her podcast, i watched her youtube videos constantly. she was actually one of the first people who inspired me to start a channel, and soon after i started my channel, i learned about her podcast. she started in 2016, and STILL posts to this day! i find that so crazy because she’s persevered so much and really kept going, i find that so so inspiring. she talks a lot about her personal life stories, and her lifestyle. she posts weekly, every sunday.
i love these podcasts so so much, and i would love to hear more about YOUR thoughts! also let me know if you have any podcast recommendations for me! reach out to me through the messages here on my website, comment on this post (or under my last youtube video), or dm me on insta → @sincerely.studybutterfly
